Welcome to Flying Pig Travel. By booking travel through Flying Pig Travel LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Role as Travel Advisor
Flying Pig Travel LLC acts as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and vacation package providers.
We do not own or operate these travel services. All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the travel suppliers providing the services.
2. Supplier Terms
When you book travel through Flying Pig Travel, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of each travel supplier, including policies regarding:
• Payments
• Cancellations
• Refunds
• Changes to reservations
• Travel documentation requirements
Supplier terms may vary depending on the company providing the travel services.
3. Pricing and Availability
Travel prices and availability are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed and payment is received.
Prices may change due to:
• Supplier price adjustments
• Currency fluctuations
• Government taxes and fees
• Fuel surcharges
Flying Pig Travel is not responsible for price changes imposed by travel suppliers.
4. Deposits and Final Payments
Many travel reservations require a deposit at the time of booking, with final payment due prior to departure.
Failure to make payments by the supplier’s deadline may result in cancellation of your reservation and loss of deposits.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Cancellation policies are set by the travel supplier, not Flying Pig Travel.
Fees may apply for:
• Trip cancellations
• Date changes
• Name changes
• Modifications to reservations
Refund eligibility depends entirely on the supplier’s policies.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances such as:
• Trip cancellation
• Medical emergencies
• Travel delays
• Lost luggage
Flying Pig Travel is not responsible for losses resulting from events that could have been covered by travel insurance.
7. Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have proper documentation including:
• Valid passports
• Visas
• Vaccination records
• Government-required travel documents
Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, for which Flying Pig Travel is not responsible.
8. Changes by Travel Suppliers
Travel suppliers may change:
• Schedules
• Itineraries
• Accommodations
• Transportation
These changes are outside the control of Flying Pig Travel. We will assist in communicating changes and alternatives whenever possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
Flying Pig Travel LLC is not liable for:
• Personal injury
• Property damage
• Delays
• Travel interruptions
• Acts of God
• Government actions
• Supplier defaults
These events are the responsibility of the travel supplier providing the services.
10. Client Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for:
• Reviewing all booking confirmations
• Ensuring accuracy of traveler names and details
• Arriving on time for flights and tours
• Following supplier policies and travel requirements
11. Chargebacks
Clients agree not to initiate credit card chargebacks for legitimate travel bookings.
Any disputes regarding services must first be addressed with Flying Pig Travel and the travel supplier.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By booking travel services through Flying Pig Travel LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
Refund Policy
At Flying Pig Travel LLC, our role is to assist clients in researching, planning, and booking travel services through third-party suppliers such as airlines, cruise lines, hotels, tour operators, and vacation package providers. All travel reservations are ultimately fulfilled and managed by these third-party vendors. Because Flying Pig Travel LLC does not own, operate, or control the services provided by these vendors, all payments for travel bookings are processed according to the policies of the respective travel supplier. Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, credits, and processing timelines are determined solely by the vendor providing the travel services. Flying Pig Travel LLC is not responsible for issuing refunds or credits outside of the terms and conditions established by the travel supplier. Any refund requests must comply with the cancellation and refund policies of the applicable vendor. We will make every reasonable effort to assist clients in submitting refund or cancellation requests to the appropriate supplier; however, Flying Pig Travel LLC cannot guarantee approval of refunds and is not liable for any denial of refund or delay in processing by the vendor. By booking travel through Flying Pig Travel LLC, clients acknowledge and agree that all refund requests are subject to the policies and decisions of the travel supplier providing the services.
